We are looking for an engaged Production Technology Manager.

We are looking for someone who wants to take the lead in developing and improving our factory. As a Production Technology Manager with us, you will have operational and strategic responsibility to ensure sustainable and efficient production technology development. You will become an important part of the factory's management team and play a central role in driving our production development forward. You will lead a department with 9 employees and work in project form with, among other things, machine investments. We have a modern machine park with a high degree of automation and continuously invest to stay at the forefront. Our factory includes machining, sheet metal processing, surface treatment, and assembly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Improving manufacturing processes to achieve our set key figures
• Introducing new production equipment and driving investment projects
• Identifying and implementing suitable production methods for new products
• Participating in the digitization and automation of the factory
• Leading, developing, and coaching your team

Qualifications and characteristics:

We are looking for someone with experience in leading technical roles and a university degree.

We also see that you have:

• Experience from production technology work within manufacturing
• Overall understanding of production flows and processes
• Knowledge in automation and machining
• Experience in driving larger investment projects, including procurement of equipment
• Leadership skills and previous experience with personnel responsibility is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
